Why Ayun?

Ayun means 'love' in Mapudungun - the native tongue of the Mapuche Peoples in Chile where I am from. It also means the quality of 'seeing the light in others' which deeply aligns with how we practice. At Ayun Therapy I offer person-centred, trauma informed and compassionate therapy for adults, couples and families.
